At ADC Pharmacy, we take great care in packing and delivering each order with the utmost attention. Therefore, products once sold are non-returnable, except in specific cases such as damage or defects.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you're expecting a refund and haven’t received it:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item:

Shipping Information
We deliver using trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and current conditions, generally ranging between 2 to 7 business days.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email us at support@aestheticdermatologyclinic.com
- Include:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- An unboxing video to validate your claim
Once reviewed, the item will be Returned To Origin (RTO), and a replacement will be processed upon satisfactory validation.
Note: This may take up to 30 days to complete.
