Refund & Returns Policy
At ADC Pharmacy, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure that products reach you safely. Due to the nature of our products, products once sold are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective, as described below.
1. Products Once Sold Are Non-Returnable
Products purchased from ADC Pharmacy cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong product.
- Not liking the product.
- No longer requiring the product.
- Expected results not being achieved.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after delivery.
To help us verify the issue, you are required to provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging.
- A photograph of the shipping label.
- An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product at the time of opening.
The unboxing video may be required to verify damage that may have occurred during transit.
Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
3. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
Replacement processing may take up to 30 days, depending on product availability, verification and logistics.
If the same product is unavailable, our team will contact you regarding the available resolution.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If a product is approved for return due to a damaged or defective condition, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise communicated by ADC Pharmacy.
Products must not be returned without contacting us first and receiving confirmation from our team.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered, except where a refund is specifically approved by ADC Pharmacy in accordance with this policy or where required by applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the appropriate payment method.
For prepaid orders, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request appropriate payment details to process an approved refund.
6. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Products that are not damaged or defective.
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
- Products where the customer has changed their mind.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage.
- Products where the required information or evidence has not been provided.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be possible only before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Delivery Issues
If your order has not been received within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will check the shipment status and assist you with the delivery issue.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require additional time to resolve.
